Your shipment is insured for the normal course of transit from the time it was packed until it reaches the destination specified on the application form. Included in this coverage is storage insurance as shown below:
In the case of:
	At origin	At destination
(a) Household Goods	120 days total at origin and/or destination
(b) Motor Vehicles	60 days	30 days
If you require additional storage insurance, please submit the form below.
NO EXTENSION WILL BE PROVIDED WITHOUT RECEIPT OF THE ADDITIONAL PREMIUM.
